A lifestyle & wellness companion
One next step you can actually live with.
AMIAS · uh-MY-us
AMIAS learns how real life works for you — the Tuesdays that run late, the rice that is not negotiable, the mornings that were never going to happen — and helps you choose what actually fits. Not another tracker. Not a program that grades you.
What it is
You don't need more advice. You need the next step.
Most people already know roughly what a healthier day looks like. The hard part is the moment itself — standing in the kitchen at 8pm, deciding. That moment is what AMIAS is built for.
Record
They tell you what happened after the moment has passed. Useful for review, useless at 8pm.
Search
Endless articles and plans, all written for someone whose life isn't yours.
Generalize
Quick and flexible, but it doesn't remember your week, your budget, or your kitchen.
Grade
Streaks and scores turn one missed day into a reason to quit. AMIAS doesn't keep score.
AMIAS is a companion, not a coach who reports back. It notices what fits you, offers one to three options you'd actually consider, and leaves the choosing where it belongs.
How it works
A loop that gets more useful the longer you use it
There's no curriculum to complete and no onboarding quiz to survive. AMIAS starts from today and learns from what you actually do.
Notice
A brief check-in about how today is really going. Always skippable in one tap.
Understand
AMIAS recalls what you've told it — preferences, constraints, what got in the way last time.
Choose
One to three options that fit tonight. Never a scrolling list — that's the problem, not the fix.
Reflect
A light note on what helped or got in the way. You can correct anything AMIAS remembers.
The Coach
Checks in, adapts after a gap, and helps you restart. Support, not surveillance.
What that sounds like on an ordinary week
"Three that fit tonight. Pick one, or tell me what's off and I'll try again."
Finite choice, and an exit. You stay the author.
"Good to see you. Want the smallest version of your usual, or a clean start?"
No count of missed days. No guilt. Restarting is part of the design.
"You chose the earlier walk four times this week. That's the pattern you said you wanted."
Your own reason, quoted back. No confetti, no badges.
"Updated. I'll stop suggesting that."
No argument, no follow-up questionnaire. The change takes effect immediately.
What it won't do
We'd rather tell you no
A companion that answers everything is a companion you can't trust. AMIAS is a general wellness product, and it says so plainly — in the app, at the moment it matters, not in fine print at the bottom of a page.
- Help you build routines around food, movement, sleep, and stress.
- Offer general education and options that match your preferences.
- Help you reflect, and prepare questions for your clinician.
- Encourage professional help when you raise a concern.
- Notice consistency and progress you report yourself.
- Diagnose, treat, monitor, or manage any condition.
- Interpret glucose readings, symptoms, or clinical thresholds.
- Advise on medication, dosage, or whether a supplement is safe for you.
- Promise a clinical outcome, a number, or a timeline.
- Replace your doctor, your pharmacist, or emergency care.
"I can't tell you what that reading means, or whether a supplement is safe with your medication. A pharmacist or your clinician can. Want help writing the question down?"
Your memory, your edits
Personalization only works if you can see it and change it
AMIAS remembers things about you on purpose — that's the whole point. So everything it remembers is visible, correctable, and yours to delete.
See what it knows
Every remembered detail shows what AMIAS remembers, where it learned it, and when. No hidden profile.
Correct it in one tap
Wrong about you? Change it or forget it from the detail itself — not buried in a settings tree.
Take it or delete it
Export everything, or delete it for good. Plain buttons with plain labels, no support ticket.
- We do not sell your health or wellness information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- No advertising or attribution tracking runs inside the app. Marketing analytics stay on this website and never follow you into your account.
- Sharing with a support circle is opt-in, specific, and revocable at any time.
- Quiet hours are honored without exception, and notifications taper when you go quiet rather than escalating.

Questions
The things people actually ask
What is AMIAS, exactly?
AMIAS is a personal lifestyle companion that helps you understand everyday patterns, build routines that fit your life, and stay accountable to the person you want to become. It is designed for steady progress, not a quick fix. Individual outcomes vary. AMIAS provides general wellness information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
How is this different from a tracking app?
A tracker asks you to log what already happened. AMIAS shows up at the decision — what to eat tonight, whether to move today, how to restart after a week off — and narrows it to something doable.
There are no streaks and no scores. Missing a few days doesn't cost you anything, because nothing is being counted against you.
I'm living with type 2 diabetes. Is this for me?
Many of the people we're building with are living with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, and AMIAS is designed with that reality in mind — culturally specific food, real budgets, real schedules.
But AMIAS is a general wellness companion, not a medical product. It won't interpret a glucose reading, advise on your medication, or tell you whether a supplement is safe for you. When a question belongs with your clinician or pharmacist, it will say so and offer to help you write the question down.
How does the AI Coach work?
The Coach handles the day-to-day follow-through: a timely check-in, one adapted next step, and a hand back up after a gap. It works from what you've permitted it to remember, and you can correct that memory at any time.
It will never claim to be a doctor, a therapist, or a credentialed professional, and it will never guarantee an outcome. People at AMIAS govern its safety boundaries and review how it responds.
What happens to my data?
We collect the minimum needed for the thing you're actually getting. You can view, correct, export, and delete what AMIAS remembers. We do not sell health or wellness information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Full detail is in the privacy policy, which is written to be read rather than survived.
Where do I sign in?
This site — amiascare.com — is where we explain AMIAS and where our email comes from. The app itself lives at amias.io, and that's where you'll sign in once you're in.
Two addresses, one company. Any email we send you will link through amiascare.com first, so if you ever get a message pointing somewhere else, it isn't from us.
When does it launch?
The founding cohort comes first, then a public release on iOS and Android. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when there's something real to try — not before.
